Rates
Self -catering for 4 adults using 2 bedrooms. By exception and upon application a third bedroom might be available for an additional 2 adults.
Rates are per night and subject to change and negotiation, the guide is:
High Season: R 2500 for 2 people plus R 800 for each additional person to maximum 4 in total
Low Season: R 2000 for 2 people plus R600 for each additional person to maximum 4 in total.
SEASONS
- High Season: November - April
- Low Season: May - October
Minimum Stay
- High Season: 5 Nights
- Low Season: 3 Nights
Cleaning
A cleaning fee of R500 shall be charged for each let . For lets of a week or more a basic cleaning ( excluding laundry) will be done with no additional charge every 3-4 days by arrangement.
Children
The accommodation does not cater for babies nor young children.
Sleeping Arrangements
A booking at Breach House includes:
Bedroom 1 – sleeps 2 people in twin beds which can be made into a king size bed.
Bedroom 2 – sleeps 2 people in twin beds.
By special arrangement should bedroom 3 be available this has a queen size bed.
